SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated graduate to join our team as an SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant. If you have the skills and passion to make a positive impact on children with additional needs, this role is tailored for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering 1-2-1 support in a classroom setting
• Facilitating educational and communicative breakthroughs
• Adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each supported child

About the Role:

This is a long-term opportunity, with potential for permanent placement for the right Graduate. You will work closely with the teacher to cater to each child's specific needs and provide one-on-one classroom support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, positive, and caring, with a strong desire to break down barriers to education and communication.
