We are a rapidly growing HR/Employment Law Consultancy and Advisory business based in Lancashire who are looking now looking to appoint a talented and driven telemarketer / Client Account Executive to their existing team.

The Role
This newly developed position will be key to our continued growth and success.

A hands on approach is required for this family owned business, you could be telesales one day, helping to host a seminar the next, building strong rapport with clients, so flexibility is key, as is a desire to be a part of a fun hard working family.


  • You will be responsible for making outbound calls to new and existing clients to introduce NORI HR and to make appointments for our Sales team to meet with the business owner.
  • Seminars are a big part of the NORI experience so you will be needed to organise, market and boost these events. You will also need be to be willing to attend Seminars / Expo's, if and when required throughout the UK.
  • You will be responsible to build and enhance the relationship between clients and internal departments.
  • Maintain and update client CRM database.
  • Carry out telemarketing campaigns based on team requirements.


This role would ideally suit someone from a previous HR organisation or someone who has been involved with an organisation selling outsourced business services.


About You

  • Experience in inbound and outbound lead generation.
  • Have the confidence and ability to speak to prospective client decision makers at all levels, with an engaging and consultative approach.
  • Demonstrate a polite, friendly manner whilst being driven to succeed and deliver.
  • To work closely with others whilst still maintaining your own ambition to hit targets.
  • Excellent client interaction/organisational skills.
  • A good work ethic and enjoy being part of a very busy committed team.
  • Want to form friendships and socialise with colleagues outside of work.

Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
