Bank Catering Assistant - Woodlands Hospital - Bank Hours

The role


In this role you will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise.

The role consists of working in our well-equipped kitchen and staff restaurant across morning, evening and weekend shifts as required.

The successful applicant will work closely with the Head Chef team to provide a premium level of service to our patients, staff and visitors and will be involved in all aspects of service delivery including food preparation, first class presentation, restaurant service and general cleaning.

This role will suit someone who will like to progress within a catering career.

What you will bring with you- Possess Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate for Catering (if not already held company funded training must be undertaken)- To obtain food and beverage orders from patients, staff and visitors to the hospital- To assist in the preparation and service of food to patients, staff and visitors to the hospital- To clean on a daily basis all areas of the catering department to the agreed standard- To have a good understanding of current health and hygiene regulations, and ensure that these are adhered to in the preparation and service of all foodstuffs
