Housing Services Administrator
12 month fixed term secondment cover

We are looking to recruit a Housing Services Administrator to join our multi-skilled team to deliver a high quality service to customers, meeting their needs as the first point of contact in a busy area housing office.
All enquiries and/or requests for service must be dealt with confidently and efficiently.
The post holder will be expected to remain calm, sympathetic and supportive while dealing with both routine and challenging situations.
About You
You will have a good standard of education, combined with a high degree of competence in the use of IT Systems, particularly those used in a service delivery including Microsoft Office programmes, especially Word and Excel and experience of working in a fast paced multi task role dealing with a range of duties and customers.
