Urgent healthcare assistant and support worker

Responsibilities:

Provide support to people with disabilities and/or mental health issues.
Assist with personal care needs.
Develop and maintain relationships with service users, families, and other professionals.
Understand the principles of safeguarding and risk management.
Understand the principles of personcentred care and support planning.
Provide practical assistance with daily living tasks such as shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
Assist in the development of life skills such as budgeting, communication, and social activities.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm

Part-time hours: 12-48 per week

Salary:
£11.50-£17.00 per hour
