A client of ours in looking to recruit a Service Desk Administrator.

You will be based at one of their key client sites in Canary Wharf helping and solving client faults, requests, and queries.

The Service Desk Administrator will have a willingness to learnand further develop skills by working diligently to accurately interpret and respond to the customer's needs


S ome of the main duties of theService Desk Administrator rolewill include:

  • Provide administrative support for the service desk and site teams
  • Review ongoing works within the client ticketing systems
  • Manage the voice support hotline, answering calls professionally and with a high level of customer service
  • Liaise with the manager to resolve any escalated issues/incidents where required
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry to billing systems

To be the successfulService Desk Administratorand have a chance to gain such an exciting opportunity you will ideally need to have experience in the following:

  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)
  • 1st Line Support skills
  • Good general IT support skills
