Our client, an SME is looking to recruit an experienced ER Advisor to join their expanding HR team. Reporting into the Operations Manager, there is the opportunity to work from home 3 days per week.The role will suit an HR professional who is already experienced or someone who wants to develop their HR skills and experience.
Role responsibilities
- Undertaking handbook/ contract review activities for new clients, and preparing advice/ recommendations for their consideration
- Delivering consultancy projects ie grievance hearings, investigations, for clients.
- Monitoring developments in Employment Law and HR best practice to feed into HR Alerts, Website and Social Media outlets
- Reviewing and updating letters, forms, as well as core Policy and Contractual documentation for the client base on an annual and adhoc basis as and when there are changes to established HR Practice and Employment law.
Person Specification
- A minimum 3 years HR experience
- Strong ER knowledge
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative

£32,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
