    Job Summary:

    This is an exciting opportunity to work in a SC Security Cleared environment, supporting and maintaining IT services and providing support to users via the IT Service Desk. The role involves handling and managing incoming calls to the IT Service Desk and logging incidents within the Service Management tool.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supporting and maintaining IT services
    • Providing support to users via the IT Service Desk
    • Handling and managing incoming calls to the IT Service Desk
    • Logging incidents within the Service Management tool
    • Ensuring all IT Incidents and Service Requests are resolved in a fast and efficient manner

    Requirements:

    • Good knowledge and experience with ITIL v3 or v4
    • Microsoft Office skills, with knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11
    • Familiarity with Intune
    • Knowledge of antivirus software
    • Desktop installation and hardware support skills
    • ITIL V3 Foundation certification (desirable)
    • Software licensing knowledge, particularly Microsoft Volume Licensing (desirable)

    Working Environment:

    The role requires working in an SC Security Cleared environment, with a focus on providing high-quality IT support to users. The ideal candidate will be local to the site, with a strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
