We are seeking a HR Advisor to join a thriving manufacturing business, that is going through a significate transformation with huge capital being invested across the operation within the Lancashire area.


Let's start with the important bit; your team The team is lead be an excellent mentor and we feel this would be key for anyone looking to develop and have the right coach to take them to the next level.

They are also extremely dedicated to getting the best results for the employees across the sites.

Everyone chips in and pulls their weight so if you're in a role where you feel you're currently lacking support, that won't be the case here.

We're looking for someone who shares the same passion for getting it right.

Someone who can proactively influence, coach and support the managers across both sites, whether that be with grievance issues, performance management or restructures across the business.

This role will be busy, but if you're a passionate HR professional, it'll also be rewarding.


As we know, the passion for HR plays a large part, but there are some other parts we'd like you to have too Ideally you'll be at CIPD Level 5 (or studying) and you will have had experience with Payroll, Recruitment and Onboarding, updating employment policies, absence management, grievances and learning & development.


This company will also offer support with training and qualifications as well as a clear progression plan within the business.
