We are currently looking for a maintenance operative to carry out all aspects of maintenance works on the rental properties we manage in Manchester City centre and surrounding areas.

You will need to be extremely self-motivated, have good customer skills, be able to use mobile devices to complete job cards and have pride in their work.

Essential experience:

Plumbing
Leak detection
Kitchen and bathroom fitting
Basic joinery
Decorating
Flooring

Non-essential but beneficial areas of experience

Plastering
Tiling
PAT testing
Basic electrics
Concealed toilet experience

Working in Manchester and within the property maintenance industry would be an advantage and own tools will be needed.

You will be required to work between the hours of 8.00 am pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8.00am - 5 pm

We offer 24hrs emergency callouts, so you would be required to be on-call periodically throughout the year.

Overtime is also available and expected when required.

We would also prefer for the applicants to live no more than 1 hour away from Manchester City centre.

Salary between £28k - 34k depending on experience

Van included for business use only
