One of the UK's most innovative UAV Service and Software providers in the renewable energy sector are looking for a bright and motivated individual to join their Data Collection team based in Colchester.


Job description:

  • Management of H&S documentation including:
Revision of Risk & Method Statements (DUVRI) and creation of new ones following strict Italian industry guidelines, as well as compliance documentation management - high volume

Creation of UAV flights where necessary

  • Management of UAV flights to contractors
  • Working within the Data collection team and to support the Senior Operations Coordinator and Pilot Technical Support
  • Manage survey progress to ensure tight deadlines are met
  • Quality control of all documentation supplied to clients and contractors
  • Keep all inhouse systems up to date
  • Liaison with data receipt team
  • General administration tasks
  • Following correct compliance for site and new partners onboarding processes
  • Involvement in Sprint Planning

Skills required:

  • Bilingual Italian / English essential
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Attention to detail and desire to meet high standards
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Ability to work in a team in a fastmoving Operations team of a technical company
  • Demonstrable skills and experience with computers
  • Resolving infield issues
  • Full Training will be provided through the initial training period
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Skills desirable:

  • Asana experience
  • Power BI
  • Basic Weather/irradiance knowledge
  • General knowledge of UK and International UAV, with specific focus on Italian laws and airspace regulations / restrictions
  • Additional foreign language skills
