Highland Motor Parts are looking for a Office Administrative Assistant to join our busy Inverness office.Duties include:
- Ordering stock from suppliers daily
- Carry out daily receipt of all inward stock orders, IBT's and returns, using computer technology for all processes
- Investigate and conclude customer queries
- General office duties as required
Requirements:
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft excel and Microsoft word
- Confident telephone manner and able to communicate on all levels in a positive and professional manner whilst dealing with customers and suppliers on a daily basis
- Team player
- Excellent time management Skills
- Accuracy
- Salary dependent on experience
Salary:
Up to £11.65 per hour
