Description
Highland Motor Parts are looking for a Office Administrative Assistant to join our busy Inverness office.


Duties include:

  • Ordering stock from suppliers daily
  • Carry out daily receipt of all inward stock orders, IBT's and returns, using computer technology for all processes
  • Investigate and conclude customer queries
  • General office duties as required

Requirements:


  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft excel and Microsoft word
  • Confident telephone manner and able to communicate on all levels in a positive and professional manner whilst dealing with customers and suppliers on a daily basis
  • Team player
  • Excellent time management Skills
  • Accuracy
  • Salary dependent on experience

Salary:
Up to £11.65 per hour
