The Role
As an Operations Analyst, you will deliver insights into our trading performance through rigorous analysis and measurement.

Identifying risks, issues and opportunities to improve the efficiency of our contact centres, you will analyse data through a variety of methods and models, from spreadsheets to graphs.

You will also enhance existing reporting structures to identify trends and tactics and support decision making to maximise efficiency.

About You
To be considered as an Operations Analyst, you will need:

A minimum of two years' commercial or operational analyst experience in a service market
Experience in building and maintaining insight reports
The ability to interpret data, identify trends and patterns in trading performance
An excellent attention to detail and to be highly numerate

Please note, travel may be required around our contact centres across the northwest.
