Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Supervisor.

The Supervisor is responsible for supervising employees and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment while managing the workload of the supervisor staff.


Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and train staff in all aspects of the business
  • Ensure that all staff are following health and safety guidelines
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Train new employees on how to provide excellent customer service
  • Oversee the performance of all team members
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Skills:


  • Previous experience in cleaning, hotel background supervisory or other related fields (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Salary:
£15.90 per hour

Experience:


  • Hotel/ Cleaning: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • UK Right to work (required)

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in London
