Description
A great opportunity to join a thriving West Midlands based building contractor. We are currently looking for experienced multi trade building operatives to join our team.

At this moment in time, we are
ONLY recruiting operatives with prior experience in this industry.

Our work mainly consists of local authority works in empty properties, the requirements are:

  • Decorate & Patching to a good standard
  • Basic carpentry skills
  • Tiling
  • Strip & prepare surfaces
  • Own Tools + PPE
  • Own Vehicle
  • Skilled in communication and working relationships. (Can do attitude)
UTR numbers required.


Salary:
£150.00-£160.00 per day


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Birmingham,

West Midlands:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:


  • Multitrade: 4 years (required)

Work Location:
One location
