A unique venue on the outskirts of Norwich is looking to recruit a Head Chef to run it's multi-functional food operations.
You must be a Head Chef that can show experience across multiple food service types from pub style food to conference and banqueting.
As Head Chef you will be integral to the delivery and growth of the business and must show a record of achievement in the following areas;Produce and serve a classic "pub style" menu of fresh, wholesome food that will appeal to a wide range of guests.
Have the ability to deliver high volume conference and banqueting services for weddings, functions and business events.Be a passionate advocate of the classic British Sunday roast.
Manage all aspects of a fully functioning kitchen with a keen eye for financials, stock control and food safety standards.
Constantly be aware of the latest food trends to allow you to develop the offer.Develop your team to ensure the product remains consistent at all times.
