Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

Assists in the development, coordination and implementation of internal communications initiatives.
Supports updating internal communication content to a high standard and for delivery across a variety of internal channels.
Executes communications via internal channels.
Builds relationships with internal stakeholders to implement communications initiatives.
Partners and collaborates with communications colleagues to deliver communications plans.
Collaborates with other internal teams to deliver projects as needed.
Monitors metrics and feedback to spot trends and areas for improvement.
Helps coordinate internal communications activities in a timely manner.
May work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications & Experience:

Degree or equivalent desired
Limited relevant internal communications experience and stakeholder management experience.
