An amazing opportunity has arisen, whereby there are vacancies for band 4 nursing associates on our newly purpose built, nurse led female psychiatric intensive care -PICU (Abbey Ward), which is the first in Hampshire, and is due to open soon.

Abbey Ward is a 10 bedded female psychiatric unit, which serves the female population of Hampshire. It has adopted the just culture, whilst creating a safe therapeutic environment for learning / development.

It will promote health care professionals to have a powerful voice within MDT, with a continuous drive for improvement by staff.

There will be highly visible clinical presence, with support and leadership from a clinical nurse lead (Band 7) assigned to the ward, in addition to the band 6 occupational therapist (ward based).

We offer regular, good quality supervision, appraisals, in-depth training and development opportunities.

We are seeking keen and motivated professionals whom enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a "can do" attitude.
