Temporary Talent Connector Analyst - 12-month contract
Our client, a global organisation with a strong focus on teamwork and delivery, are looking to hire an adaptable, detail-oriented, and resilient Temporary Talent Connector Analyst on the 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Along with your Talent Connector team, you will play a critical role in staffing
- You will serve as a key point of contact for project executives regarding all internal role fulfillment to help them build the best teams.
- Work cross functionally with Human Resources to cocreate solutions to challenging roles needing to be filled.
- Leverage data and reporting to monitor key staffing metrics, collaborating with your Talent Connector team to address gaps. Ensure high quality demand data and accuracy of all Assignments.
Personal Specifications:
- Bachelor ́s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree preferably with a focus in Human Resources Management or Business Management
- Prior consulting experience or HR/Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience working with large, fast paced organizations
- Excel skills
- Experience using HCM tools (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, etc.)
- Professional Skills:
- Effective communication and relationship management skills
- Problem solving/research
- Customer service/customer relationship management
- Excel and Analytics skills
- Result Oriented
