Description

A multi-industry organisation spanning financial services, automotive, and the charitable sector is seeking a Senior Brand Manager.

This financial services group empowers a car leasing scheme that supports nearly 700,000 disabled people across the UK.

As such, the new Senior Brand Manager will join the UK's largest car fleet operator and will help to make a meaningful impact on lotsof lives.

The Senior Brand Manager will join a nationwide marketing team of more than 30 to firmly establish the organisation's long-term brand strategy.

This follows the brand having redefined purpose and value proposition. The Senior Brand Manager will manage asmall team that will continue to grow.

Central London HQ - remote / hybrid working available (2 days a week in the office).

The Senior Brand Manager will:

Define and own the brand strategy shaping and communicating its purpose and vision
Help to shape the brand's future customer proposition and customer experience, using insights taken from teams across sales, marketing, product and more
Manage a small team of 3 to communicate the brand consistently, effectively, and wellaligned with its beliefs and values

Required skills and experience of the Senior Brand Manager:

Preferably, 5+ years brand marketing experience (B2C)
Ideally, experience managing a team of at least
Demonstrable experience in working successfully with multiple stakeholders

The Senior Brand Manager will be offered a very competitive salary paying from £50,000 to £60,000 (depending on experience), plus a bonus and other competitive benefits.
