Job Purpose


Reporting to the CEO, deliver the Associations' bookkeeping requirements; financial administration processes, financial records and financial reporting, including book-keeping to Trial Balance.


Key tasks and responsibilities

  • To provide all bookkeeping services to Trial Balance, using SAGE 50 software, including, but not limited to invoice processing, payment processing, expenses processing, petty cash and bank reconciliations, creditor and debtor management
  • To provide input and support the preparation of bimonthly Management Accounts
  • To assist the CEO in the preparation of annual budgets/annual cash flow forecast
  • To prepare regular updates of the Centre's financial position for presentation to the CEO
  • To assist the CEO in providing income and expenditure reports to Association staff with budget responsibility on a monthly basis
  • To operate the organisations online banking systems
  • To support wider Association work and development
  • Operate within the guidelines of their organisation's policies and procedures
  • To complete tasks as directed by the CEO and carry out any other tasks which may be reasonably regarded as falling within the work requirements of the role

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 16 per week

£12.50 per hour
