Practice Manager
Due to an exciting relocation project we are looking for an established practice manager in central Lancaster.

  • The current practice is a 9 surgery located on Meeting House Lane with free car parking on site, once the relocation project is completed later this year the Practice will be increased to 14 surgeries and based in St Nics Shopping Arcade with bus stationattached and a short walk from the train station. ???????
  • You will be managing an established team of approximately 60 staff including a Head Nurse, Head Receptionist and Treatment Coordinators working towards a private revenue target of approx. £1M. Y
  • You will also be joining an established and successful Area Manager region with two experienced Practice Managers local to you to support your induction.

As a Practice Manager, your role will include:

  • Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets and managing budgets
  • Leading a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and engaging with selfemployed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
  • Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
  • Analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
