Tazwell provides a range of therapeutic and developmental services;

  • Individual and group counselling for children, young people and adults.
  • Professional consultancy for schools to review and set up counselling and pastoral services
  • Workplace counselling service
  • Personal coaching or mentoring
  • Organisation Development (for individuals, teams and the whole organisation)
  • Leadership & Management consultancy
  • Critical Incident Response

Requirements:


  • BACP/ UKCP/NCS (or equivalent)
    registered Counsellor:
  • Recognised qualification in Counselling (Level 4 minimum). For Students; working at Level 4
-
Minimum 450 hours post-qualification, supervised client hours

  • Experienced in a similar role providing contracted counselling and managing own caseload
  • IT Skills including proficiency using Microsoft Systems as well as electronic clinical record systems
  • Sills and competency to work online
  • Skills in quick rapportbuilding
  • Businessefficiency
  • Varied and diverse counselling experience to draw upon
  • Previous experience in both remote and facetoface delivery.

Fees will be agreed at recruitment stage.

There is a demand for both remote and face to face work


Associate Counsellors are available to
Tazwell for referrals, paid on a sessional basis with their clinical work case-managed by
Tazwell.

Job Type:
Zero hours contract


Salary:
£30.00-£72.00 per hour
