Are you looking for a Production Planner job?

My Client are looking for a Production Planner to join their team based in North Yorkshire.

The Production Planner, based in North Yorkshire will work closely with the Manufacturing and Production team as well as the Sales team and Buyers.

As a planner you will be responsible for managing all aspects of material flow and to maintain control and accuracy over all goods, inventories, costs, planning, scheduling, to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time.

Other responsibilities will include:

> To analyse the sales orders and creating work orders via the MRP system

Coordinate and work with quality, engineering and operations to ensure 100% on time delivery
Ensure Production Team Leader understand relevant priorities
Maintain forecast to keep stock levels as low as possible
Take proactive steps to reduce inventory

The Production Planner, based in North Yorkshire, will have experience in a similar role and will have experience working within a Manufacturing environment.

You will also need to be proficient working with an MRP system.
