The role will involve working independently or as part of a team and will include developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services in line with the business needs.
What you will do in your working day
Your duties will include:
- Opening and distribution of all incoming External Post at Head Office.
- Ensure distribution within internal timescales to avoid potential delays.
- Update of Internal Cheque & Safe Registers.
- Scanning of all key client documentation onto the system within internal timescales.
- Update Client Records on CRM system upon receipt of documentation and distribute accordingly.
- Scanning and electronic filing of documentation.
- Assist Marketing Department with distribution of client communications and dispatch of new employee welcome pack.
- Assist Financial Planners with printing, binding and posting client documentation and reports, including proof reading documents as required.
- Updating any changes to client details on the CRM and circulate to client services team.
- Provide general office administrative support to the Facilities Manager.
- Ensure all tasks and activities are accurately recorded for each client on CRM.
- Assist Financial Planners, Paraplanners and Trainee Paraplanners with general filing and scanning requirement
The training you will be getting
Business Administrator Level 3 Standard
Workplace delivery.

- GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 94/ A*C)
