Position:
Contract Administrator


Location:
Billingham


Responsibilities and duties include:


  • Inputting of information onto spreadsheets (EXCEL) and the production control system (SYNCHRO)
  • Raising internal orders and monitoring their progress through the system
  • Distribution of information to relevant departments
  • Compilation of customer schedules, assisting with monthly statistics and sales report
  • Maintenance of progress reports
  • Adherence to company QA procedures
  • Building relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide an exceptional service
  • Archiving of documentation
  • General administration duties

Essential Attributes:


  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate and represent the business at all levels with customers.
  • A manufacturing background is preferred with a working knowledge of manufacturing business processes.
  • Good written and verbal English
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good computer and keyboard skills
  • An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Can operate on own initiative but contribute in a team environment
  • Good administrative skills
  • Quick to learn

Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time


Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
