We have an opportunity for a part time Recruitment Assistant to cover maternity leave until October 2024 within our busy team.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has strong administrative skills and is highly organised
  • Experience of working in a busy recruitment team desirable but not essential
  • Is able to work under pressure
  • Has amazing customer service skills and,


This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an
enthusiastic and 'can-do' attitude who can make a real difference to our schemes by recruiting individuals who support people with learning disabilities, mental health problems and those who are homeless in the local area.


About the role


You'll be working
4 days per week as part of a busy internal recruitment team who manage over 200 care worker and housing vacancies across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire.

You'll be providing administrative support for permanent recruitment which will involve undertaking recruitment checks on applicants, organising interviews and advertising vacancies.
