Description
My client a Global brand within the consumer good industry are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work with and support multiple sites across the midlands and north of the UK, the deal person will have experience within Manufacturing, Warehouseor distribution.
The HRBP will be the central point of contact for all HR topics for the chosen sites and be responsible for influencing and working with managers and employees.
The HRBP will provide expert HR advice, create trust and partner with their internal customers,develop solutions, plans and executes projects in order to ensure high quality work.
The HR Business Partner is a strategic partner with the business and balances the role of being both a business and employee advocate.
The HRBP ensures best fit and enablestransformation.
