Architect or very experienced Part 2, Bristol £30k - £38k DOE

An award winning multi-disciplinary consultancy have a fantastic opportunity for a recently qualified Architect or very experienced Part 2 to join a their friendly team in Bristol.

This highly regarded practice boast an excellent staff retention rate, with each employee staying with the company for an average of 10 years.

They have been successfully operating for over 50 years with an excellent track record of thriving in difficult marketconditions.
The company is multi-disciplinary, with a proven track record in delivering outstanding service to an impressive client base.

As they continue to thrive and grow they
require an experienced and driven Architect with job running experience and evidence of RIBA 0-6 and client engagement.

The practice have a healthy pipeline of work and offer a wide range of interesting projects covering residential, Education, Healthcare, and Commercial sectors.

You'll be provided with the chance to grow and gain your professional career development with a friendly, sociable team in a medium sized multi-disciplinary and the flexibility to work from home.

The Role and requirements:


  • Project delivery across all RIBA stages
  • Recognised RIBA Part 2 / 3 qualification
  • Assisting with design development, product information
  • Creating presentation drawings and 3D visuals/renders
  • Liaising and managing clients
  • Working towards the latest building regulations and technical standards
  • Working towards fixed budgets and times deadlines
  • Visit site for inspections
  • Assist in business development
  • Proficiency in Revit is preferred
  • Ambition and willingness
  • Excellent communicator
