Apprenticeship Standard
Customer Service Practitioner Level 2

Duties involved will be as follows:

  • Assisting and supporting the Transport Team
  • Entering data on various systems and spreadsheets and planners
  • Scanning and downloading PODs on to our system and sending to clients
  • Assisting with weekly payroll
  • Assisting with Costing reports
  • Assisting and supporting with Compliance
  • Undertaking DVLA and CPC checks
  • Dealing with clients and drivers
  • Answering the telephone
  • Filing

Who we are looking for

  • Outgoing
  • Confident
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Excel
  • Good communicator

Hours of Work
Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00


Rate of Pay
Apprenticeship Minimum Wage (£4.81 per hour, £5.28 per hour from 1 April)


Salary:
£5.28 per hour
