Responsibilities:


  • Lead, manage and develop various internal departments (i.e. Payments, Ops, Loans Admin, Outsourcing, Facilities, Admin, Client Services etc)
  • Develop a strong operations framework and long term internal strategy
  • Ensure operational policies, processes and/or procedures are performing to a high standard
  • Analyse, identify and resolve any potential operational issues
  • Oversee, manage and motivate a large team of staff at varying levels of seniority across the business
  • Work with the CEO and other senior management regarding strategic development and management of the overall business
  • Attend and chair relevant internal committees
  • Manage regulatory interaction
  • Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Recruit and develop staff

Key Skills:


  • Proven experience managing and developing large Operations departments
  • Experience working in a banking environment (Corporate & Institutional Banking preferred)
  • Team leadership experience at "Head of" level
  • Experience dealing with regulatory requirements
