Brightwell Dispensers Ltd are looking for a proactive person to join their Quality Department.

Working within a multi-disciplined team you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution towards ensuring the highest levels of product quality,process and systems integrity for our customers.

Brightwell Dispensers Group is a global designer and leading manufacturer of innovative soap, paper and chemical dispensers, dilution equipment and dosing systems.

Based in the UK, we export to 85 countries worldwide, supported by a network of exclusivedistributors.

Our product ranges cover all hygiene environments such as away-from-home washrooms, healthcare and leisure facilities, on-premise and industrial laundries and professional kitchens.

Key areas of responsibility:

Support Design and QA department with New Product Development (NPD) and In market (IM) processes. Using quality tools including, but not limited to FMEA, as required.
Supporting all activities throughout full product lifecycle with testing and prototyping.
Create and implement Quality Plans for NPD and IM projects.
Conduct investigations into particular quality problems so that root causes are identified and effective corrective and preventive measures are put in place.
Observance of Health and Safety requirements including COSHH.
Seek, introduce and adopt best practice solutions within our Quality Team.
Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Production and Tool Room to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Perform duties in accordance with quality system requirements.

You will be able to demonstrate:

Experience of working in a quality department or test lab environment.
Knowledge of injection moulding, polymers or electronic manufacturing.
Understanding of product testing methodologies.
Good IT skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
