Description
Prestige services is looking for a personal assistant to join our growing company. The role will be assisting the company director with all aspects.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Creating job sheets

Invoicing

Sending quotes

Record keeping

Dealing with staff sickness/holidays

Assisting with payroll

Liaising with the accountant

Anything else the director requires within reason

Etc.

Prestige Services is a small company that has recently been taken over by new ownership. This presents excellent opportunities to progress into a management position.

We're looking for someone with the right attitude to join our team. The key word being team, there's no such thing as "that's not my job".

For example, there may occasionally be a need to give the office a quick tidy or to do a quick clean down the road when all the operatives are busy.
