Client Support Analyst required for a well-established and growing organisation headquartered in Central Birmingham.

**Job Title: Client Support Analyst

Location:
Central Birmingham location - hybrid working

Salary:
Circa £23Kp/a plus benefits

Hours of Work:

A Client Support Analyst is required to join a successful and expanding company headquartered in Birmingham. This is a full time hybrid role requiring 2 days in the office.

It's a fabulous opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual keen tosecure a role that offers excellent potential for career development.

You'll have previous Customer Service experience and will enjoy communicating with customers via the phone. Experience of using MS Office and / or CRM systems would be helpful but isn't essential.
