An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Software Support Engineer to join a successful SAAS software company.

The company is based in Oxfordshire however, the Software Support Engineer can work 100% remotely.

This company is a market leader in their field, and their software is used by some of the biggest and most reputable Universities in the world


As the Software Support Engineer, you will be working with a small and friendly team, and you will have the opportunity to make a real difference.

My client, believes in a good work-life balance, offering full remote working and all of the team working flexiblehours.


They use an in-house low-code configuration platform and require somebody who would like the challenge of working in an environment that requires programming skills without needing to write code.

Are you a support person who can program, and wants to do more programming using our low-code environment, or are you a programmer who enjoys customer contact and would like to spend more time supporting customers directly?


As a small company, this will be a varied role; they need someone to offer customer support, configure their software to specific customer requirements and help with end-user documentation.

Opportunities for other projects may arise.

You will provide an excellent standard of customer service and help customers to understand their technical requirements.


Software Support Engineer Essential Criteria:


  • Knowledge of programming logic in any language and the process of writing programs
  • Must be independent, selfmotivated, a team player and have a peopleorientated personality
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills specific to softwarerelated issues and understanding processes within a customer context
  • The desire and aptitude for a fully remote role
