'''Duties'''- Patrol assigned areas and maintain a high visibility presence to deter illegal activities
- Respond to emergencies, such as medical incidents or fire alarms, and take appropriate action
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and report any security risks or hazards
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises
- Investigate incidents, document findings, and prepare detailed reports for management
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns and directing them to the appropriate reception area.
- Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills for writing reports and interacting with others
- Basic first aid knowledge for providing immediate medical assistance if needed
- Experience dealing with customers face to face.
