Administrator - 3 MonthTemporary Contract - Rugby
Are you an Administrator with good organisational skills and looking for a new contract?
This position is based in Rugby working for a global firm to support the HR Manager with all their clerical and administration duties including updating systems with employee information, filing, organising interviews and some project administration work.
Someone who can be proactive and super helpful in this position is also needed as this is a very busy time in the department.
Responsibilities:
- Organise and schedule appointments
- Organise and schedule travel arrangements
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide assistance to the HR Manager when needed
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Perform other related tasks as requested by manager
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Microsoft office experience
Job Type:
Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Salary:
£11.00-£14.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Rugby, Warwickshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
