Pastry Chef - £30,000 - £40,000 per annum - B&I Contract Catering

Tonic are currently recruiting for Pastry Chefs to join our clients B&I contract catering company.

Our client is looking for talented Pastry Chefs across a number of sites within high profile B&I Contracts in London.

You'll assist in the preparation andbaking of pastries, baked goods, confections, and other desserts across staff dining and hospitality. As Pastry chef you'll be creative in the development and planning of menus, including future food trends and concepts.

  • Previous experience within first class kitchens ideally to a 3 rosette standard
  • Display a real passion for food and innovation
  • Team player with strong customer service skills
  • Compliant in Food Hygiene and Food Safety
