Job description_
- As a Patient Service Advisor, you handle these tasks:_
- _To greet patients on arrival and assist with registering for examinations or booking appointments; providing all relevant information and preparations that may be necessary_
- _To ensure all policies and procedures pertaining to the Imaging Department are adhered to._
- _To work flexible hours to accommodate the opening hours of the Imaging Department._
- _To work under the guidance of the 'Lead Imaging Patient Service Assistants' and the Imaging manager._
- _To provide a fast, efficient appointment choice to patients, consultants and other referrers with due regard to the urgency of any request._
- _To have a deep and detailed understanding of procedures, and their preparations, provided by the Imaging department._

Qualifications:
- _Computer literacy_

- _Worked in a medical environment; desirable_
- _Some medical knowledge_
- _Previous Imaging / Radiology experience_
- _Bookings and administration skills_
