Adderley Consulting Technology Leadership Practice is looking to expand by appointing a Senior Consultant to lead search assignments for senior level technology talent at a varying levels.
Based in central London but primarily for executive search assignments in the UK and America and some international travel may be required.
This is an ideal opportunity for a HR / recruitment / executive search professional to build on your career to date and to join a small but highly regarded specialist head-hunting business.
Ideally from a recruitment background, either in-house or agency, but you might be from a commercial background or operating as a Talent Acquisition specialist in-house and looking for a new challenge.
The role will be as a fee-earner, generating your own leads and winning new work whilst also having the gravitas to deal with senior decision makers in our existing client base to build on the many relationships within the practice which you will be able to leverage.
