Salary: £24,000 £25,000 per annum
Monday to Friday 8.30am5pm
Permanent from day one

You will need to have previous experience of office-based sales & customer service work, be driven by success and be willing to cross-sell and upsell products, with no hard-selling tactics.

You will be given extensive training to ensure you are on the right path to success.

Job duties:

Dealing confidently with clients both facetoface and over the phone
Cultivating and maintaining excellent relationships
Completing renewals, upgrades, and ensuring the product suits the customers needs
Account management
