A large IT services & consulting company are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

They are looking for someone who has experience and certified accreditation in ITIL, as well as someone with excellentcommunication, negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills.

You would ideally have previously worked at a managed services company, but this is not essential.


Key Requirements:

  • 5 + years of Service Delivery Management experience.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Excellent Communication / Presentation / Facilitation / Negotiation Skills.
  • Track record of developing good client relationships.
  • Budget Management ideally with commercial experience of managing P&Ls.
  • Team Leading, People Management and Motivating successful teams.
  • Able to obtain Security Clearance
  • Previous experience working at a managed service provider is highly desirable.
