Due to ongoing success we are looking for a Part-Time Sales & Lettings Negotiator / Estate Agent to join our team at Haus Sales & Lettings, South Yorkshire


Salary:
£12, £15, with OTE)

Working Hours - 25 hours - we are flexible with the days worked however you would be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays 09:00 until 13:00

Required:

Full Driving Licence, Access to your own vehicle for work use, 1+ years of prior experience in the property industry, 1+ years valuing experience.

What you will be doing


As a successful Sales and Lettings Negotiator / Estate Agent your focus will be to help continue the growth of excellent client relationships and new business across Sales & Residential Lettings.

This will include booking valuations and viewings, conducting viewings, managing pipeline, administration, upselling Financial Services and Solicitors and continuously generating business.


  • Liaising with Vendors and Prospective buyers, Landlords and Prospective tenants.
  • Booking and chasing up valuations
  • Cross selling financial services and solicitor referrals
  • Identifying opportunities for new business
  • Prospecting for new business

Required:


Full UK Driving Licence, access to your own vehicle for work use, 1+ years of prior experience in the property industry.
