4Leisure Recruitment have a unique and compelling opportunity, we are seeking a Small Group Personal Trainer for a fantastic Personal Training gym in the NW1, London area.

The high end gym facility offers the perfect environment for personal trainers andmembers to workout in their own space, offering a personalised and supportive environment.

This a contracted position, offering full time hours with a set salary. The members and enquiries come through the club centrally, the trainers can focus on what theydo best, delivering top class sessions

This role would ideally suit a diverse trainer that enjoys the group setting, a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification is essential.

Main Duties:

To deliver group training services and programming in line with company standards. Small Group PT Sessions of 16 participants, and some scheduled classes of up to 10 participants
To ensure customers are offered a personal and dedicated service
To ensure the correct presentation and cleanliness of the facilities
Contribute to programming and general operation of the facilities through ideas and support, including social media and front of house tasks
