Description
At Team Support we are seeking hard-working and reliable refuse loaders to work in West Sussex.


Teamwork and mutual co-operation is encouraged; the teams work on a task and finish basis, helping each other to complete their rounds.


As a refuse loader your role will be to load waste onto the collection vehicle in accordance with safe working practices.

No previous experience required, all training is provided

The standard working week for this role is Monday to Friday (39 hours a week) with overtime available.


About the role:


  • Carry out collections in a neat and tidy manner ensuring spillages are cleaned up at the time of collection.
  • The collection of all forms of domestic and commercial refuse and / or recycling from any location as directed in wheeled bins, bags, boxes or other suitable containers.
  • To follow instructions given by the Team Leader / Refuse Recycling Driver Loader when on the collection round
