Description
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via various face to face channels
- Provide information about products and services, resolve inquiries, and address concerns
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer interactions to identify opportunities for improvement
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer experiences
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Assist in maintaining customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Prior experience in customer service or related field is preferred
Job Types:

Pay:
From £25,870.90 per year
