Description

Responsibilities:


  • Communicate effectively with customers via various face to face channels
  • Provide information about products and services, resolve inquiries, and address concerns
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Analyze customer interactions to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer experiences
  • Upsell products or services to increase revenue
  • Assist in maintaining customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:


  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Proficient in data entry and computer systems
  • Prior experience in customer service or related field is preferred

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,870.90 per year
