Applications are invited for this key role to providesupport and empower colleagues in relation to the delivery of the clinical risk management function for the Trust and ensure effective clinical risk management processes are embedded.

The Trust is looking to appoint to the team, an organised individual with knowledge of healthcare risk management and excellent communication skills to work with Corporate and Care Group teams to ensure delivery of safe and effective patient care.


The post holder will be responsible for ensuring there is a systematic approach to risk management within the organisation, which is clear to staff at all levels.


The post holder will work to develop, embed and manage robust risk management systems in order to deliver effective clinical risk management strategically, operationally and culturally to support the provision of safe and effective patient care.
