This is in an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Specialist to work for a rapidly growing business outsourcing firm.

You will be responsible for validating clients payroll in Luxembourg ensuring local tax and compliance requirements are met,and managing enquiries.


Client Details
The client specialise in workforce outsourcing on a global scale and have recently expanded into Eastern Europe and Luxembourg.

They offer fully remote working and an opportunity to join a rapidly growing team and business within their client services department.

This role will be based remotely or from the UK office in the City of London.


Description
The Luxembourg Payroll Specialist will be responsible for the following:

  • Validating payroll files from HR and other systems
  • Ensuring the local tax payments and compliance requirements are met
  • Managing employee payroll issues
  • Deliver exemplary support and services in all payroll, billing and wage related matters

Profile

The successful Luxembourg Payroll Specialist:

Must have a minimum of 1 year Payroll processing experience with Luxembourg Payroll processes and standards:

  • Experience within Payroll processing wider EMEA region is preferred
  • Previous experience within high volume environment, ideally within for a Payroll provider

Job Offer
The successful Luxembourg Payroll Specialist will be entitled to the competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, along with these other benefits:
