Inbound/Outbound Sales Advisor


Main duties and responsibilities:
-


  • Develop a strong rapport with non existing customers with the aim to change supplier.
  • Staying fresh and up to date with product knowledge to ensure an accurate and clear delivery of all sales.
  • Proactively help with any extra enquires in regards to our inbound/sales and customer service team.
  • Be a strong team player and drive your team to success.
  • Take accountability for the delivery of your sales and individual targets.
  • Staying up to date with the market influence and delivering a passion to represent a strong client.


  • Monday

  • Friday 10am6:30pm 13 Saturdays 9am2pm.

**Over view of role and duties: - **As a sales advisor for EC Outsourcing, you will deal with both outbound and inbound sales calls. For the first 4 weeks of employment during your grad bay, you will mainly focus on inbound and this is to encourage support and develop your skills, in order to build a strong product knowledge base. This will involve securing customers accounts and discussing fixed contracts to secure their energy for longer periods of time.

Your main duties thereafter are to contact non existing customers, with the aim to change their current supplier.

You will be expected to work towards a daily sales target and take accountability for the delivery of your sales.

Salary:
£21,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
