Trainee Estate Agent

Walton-On-Thames

£18,000 -
£20,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

£25,000 - £35,000 OTE


A successful Estate Agency business with a track record in taking on trainees to work to the best of their abilities is offering the chance to join them and become the next big thing.

If you are eager to learn and are enthusiastic about your success, then experience is not essential.

It's not often that opportunities come along to learn an industry from the ground up and take your first steps in what is a very lucrative career.


The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree lettings & progress though to completion.

You will be provided full training and support.


What you will need:

  • A Full UK driving licence holder and your own transport
  • To be motivated and eager to learn
  • Have a good telephone manner
  • Well presented and articulate
  • Be target orientated and hungry to maximise your earnings
  • Resilient, positive and friendly

Salary:
£18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
